in Port Orchard on Friday, August 19th, 2011 for our 2nd.Annual Golf Tournament and support the seniors of Canterbury Care Center! Designed by award-winning architect John Fought, Trophy Lake offers a daring, risk-reward golf experience with sloping fairways, expansive greens and more than 80 deep-faced, white sand bunkers strategically placed throughout the course's 7,206 yards. Your participation in this tournament will support Canterbury Care Center, a community-based day program providing a fun, warm, safe environment where impaired or frail seniors feel connected and cared about which may allow them to stay in their own home.

Schedule of Events:

  • 12:15 – Registration begins
  • 12:30 – 1:00 Hot Dog Snack, driving range open
  • Rules brief 1:15-1:30
  • 1:30 pm Shoot-gun Start! Four person Scramble format.
  • 6:45 Closest to the par 3s’ putting contest chance to win $2,500.00
  • After (approximately 7:00pm) Dinner ~ Awards ~

This year we are going to do something different. The golfers closest to the pin on all par 3’s will have one chance to sink a 50ft putt for cash…….

How much cash???????

After the round of golf is complete and all the golfers have come off the course, I will collect the names of those who came closest to the pin on all the par 3’s and we will go to the putting green for your chance to win $2,500.00 And if all of you sink your putt you all win $2,500.00
